All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping methods within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days

  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50. Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high demand periods.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the order's weight and delivery destination. Some promotions may offer free shipping.

4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Delivery times may be longer for these locations.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in the carrier's system.

6. Taxes & Customs Duties

We are not responsible for any taxes or customs duties applied to your order. Any charges imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.

7. Damages & Lost Shipments

We are not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
